Download our app NeuroPath Insights if you are an iOS (Apple) user. At the login page tap 'Register here', fill out the required information and select your role. If you have selected 'Person with Parkinson's' or 'Caregiver' you can immediately login afterwards.
Android (or iOS) users: Please download our app NeuroPath Navigator. At the login page tap 'Register here' and fill out the required information. If you use the Navigator app your request will be approved, typically within 48 hours.
Afterwards go to the login page tap 'Select Cloud' and register the cloud with the following token: NPPUBLICEU (This is not required if you use the NeuroPath Insights app)
Once your account was approved you can login into the Navigator.
Which languages are supported in the apps?
NeuroPath Insights switches the language automatically to: English, German, Dutch, French, Italian and Finnish.
NeuroPath Navigator switches the language(*) automatically to: English, Dutch, French, Italian (German and Finnish are coming soon).
(*) The clinical validated questionnaires NeuroQoL (tm) are currently only available in English.
Can I use the same account in both apps?
Please make sure that you have the same cloud selected in both apps.
Why do I have to care about NeuroPath clouds?
As a public or private user of the app you don't have to care at all. NeuroPath Insights connects you automatically to the European cloud.
If you use the Navigator app for the first time you need to register our public cloud using the following token: NPPUBLICEU
Healthcare organizations often want to have their separated and private cloud. If you are part of such an organization (as patient or employee) you will get a new cloud token from your organization and will use an account in their private cloud.
You can use your account/credentials only in one cloud.
I am a person with Parkinson's. Which app should I use?
If you are an iOS (Apple) user we highly recommend to start with NeuroPath Insights. The app gives you insights to all your information that you entered and is optimized for the iPad and for the Apple Watch. You can register with NeuroPath Insights right away and can start immediately.
In addition you can use our free app NeuroPath Navigator. The app allows you to make relationship requests and to fill out clinical validated questionnaires about your quality of life. You can review the results of the questionnaires in NeuroPath Insights.
You can download our free app NeuroPath Navigator for Android and iOS (Apple). The app allows you to enter all relevant data, but NeuroPath Insights is required to review the data. Either you or your Neurologist should use our NeuroPath Insights app.
I am a partner, loved one or caregiver. Which app should I use?
You can download our free app NeuroPath Navigator for Android and iOS (Apple). Either you or the person with Parkinson's you support can make a relationship request.
Then the app allows you to enter all relevant data for the person with Parkinson's or about them. You can also create notes yourself and fill out questionnaires about the 'caregiver burden' that you might want to share with the neurologist.
NeuroPath Insights is required to review the data. Either the person with Parkinson's or their neurologist should use our NeuroPath Insights app.
I am a neurologist or Parkinson's nurse or healthcare professional. How can I get an NeuroPath Cloud account?
Follow the instructions above to get an account, but select 'healthcare professional'. Please send a proof that you are a healthcare professional to firstname.lastname@example.org. After reviewing the documents your account will be approved.
How can I get access to the professional version of the software?
All users use the same apps. Based on your role you will get a different user-interface. A healthcare professional would typically use an iPad or iPad Pro and use NeuroPath Insights. If you want to build up relationships to your patient or act as a caregiver you also need the NeuroPath Navigator app.
How can I get documentation how to use the app?
NeuroPath Insights is auto-explaining. This means a lot of little hints popup while you start using the app. You can tap the questionmark buttons to see the hints anytime again.

I need to purchase a subscription to use NeuroPath Insights. How can I cancel the subscription?
A subscription runs three months and will be auto-renewed. The subscription is handled by Apple's In-App purchases. You can cancel the subscription anytime using Apple's Settings app. Tap at your logo at the top (Apple ID, iCloud...) and there you will find 'Subscriptions' where you cancel it.
